Welcome to La Dolça Herminia

Next to the Palau de la Música, La Dolça Hermínia takes its name from Hermínia, mother and grandmother, who lovingly prepared slow-cooked traditional recipes. This restaurant strives to preserve the essence of traditional cooking, with just a touch of the contemporary.

The menu features dishes like Empordà escalivada with anchovies and tomato-rubbed coca bread; Palamós-style black rice; and tender beef bonbons in red wine sauce with citrus flavours and smashed potatoes.

There is a set lunch menu from Monday to Friday, as well as set night and weekend menus.
