makes available to Internet users.
Use of the Site makes one a Site user (hereinafter the "User") and implies full, unreserved acceptance of any and all provisions of the Legal Disclaimer.
As a result, the User must read this Legal Disclaimer carefully each and every time they set out to make use of the Site, as it may be modified.
